Summary. We do not sell your information. This website does not store the details you type into our consultation form; the form opens your own email app so you can send your request to us directly. We use the information you send us only to answer you and to plan your project.

2. Information you give us
When you contact us by email, phone or through the consultation form, you may share your name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, estimated budget and photos or documents about your project. You choose what to send.
The consultation form on this website does not save your answers on our server. When you press the button, your device opens an email addressed to us with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
We do not currently use advertising trackers. If we add a tool such as Google Analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
4. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies for advertising. WordPress, the system the site runs on, may set cookies for people who log in to manage the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We may photograph our work. We publish photos of a client’s home only with that client’s permission, and we do not publish house numbers or other details that identify the home’s location.
8. How long we keep information
We keep messages and project records for as long as needed to answer you, complete and warranty your project, and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
9. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@vertexbuildersgroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Security
This website uses an encrypted connection (https). We limit access to client information to the people who need it to do their work. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive numbers such as bank or Social Security numbers by email.
11. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
12. Other websites
Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
